As a licensed real estate agent in Nevada I work with Investors, Buyers & Sellers.
I am looking to invest in properties to buy and hold in my local and surrounding areas. My goal is to gain enough cash flow for me and my family to "retire". I would also like to be able use the freedom real estate investing provides to start other businesses in different fields.
I am getting into REI to buy and hold properties and rent them out.
I am from Brighton, but moved to Aurora to be closer to work. My old partner recommended this site to help look for other people who will be able to help us succeed in real estate investing.
