Currently active duty military, stationed in southeast Alabama. My wife and I are invested in SFR's, with the buy and hold strategy. I started this strategy before we got married, and she has signed on with it, albeit more reluctantly than I, lol. We have a few SFR properties.
I'm a contractor in Rochester NY with over 15 years experience. Residential and commercial, inside and out. Experienced in full house rehabs for flips, rentals and regular customers.
