Rob Gillespie's References

I am new to investing and asked Rob if we could have a sit down so I could bounce some questions off of him. Not only did he gladly accept my request, we talked for nearly 2 hours!

I came into his office thinking one thing and left with a whole new perspective. He is extremely enthusiastic and passionate about real estate and he really knows his stuff. His ability to be creative on negotiating and making deals truly promotes his success.

I will defiantly be using his mentoring services when I make my first deal and hope to do a lot of business in the future.

Rob was very supportive in assisting me with my Cleveland property. He was always willing to give advice, share contacts and help me make this first full transaction run smoothly! I can't thank you enough for your insight and direction! One of BP's Best!

Rob is the man! Super-cool, friendly and very knowledgeable. He works on the front line so it's awesome talking to him. My only concern is that he answered my call at 9:30 at night, I feel like he might be too dedicated to his work and do too much for others. Oh well, I can roll with it for now.

I reached out to Rob on BP a while ago and he immediately reached out and told me to call or text him any time. Which I did! Out of the blue him and I spoke for at least 20 mins and he was more then willing to answer any of my questions. I look forward to keeping an open line of communication with him in the future. He is very knowledgeable and a very nice to speak with.

Rob is absolutely an answered prayer! Humbled enough to give back by sharing his decades of knowledge in a fun transparent way. I've learned so much in just a short amount of time!
