Day 3 wholesale

Another day BP, today was an unproductive day, I did send about 50 letters today. I know this does not seem like a huge number compared to those send 3000-5000 mailers a week. The mailers today are part of my trickle system where I drop just over 50 mailers a week to equate just under 300 a month. Since I started this blog 3 days ago I had 1 call. The lady was a little upset stating "you keep sending me letters (remember this is the 3rd mailer), for my condo, but you should know that I have 100k trustee deed lien", but she believes the property is only worth 30k. I told her I would call her back today but I did not get a chance, this was an oversight because I did not write this call down in my to do list. I am a man of my word and tomorrow I will call even if I don't have any info for her. I know she would have to go through the short sale process and judging our conversation it seems as though she really don't want to be bothered with the property.

Sorry, what made my day so unproductive I was on the phone with the irs all day getting my company EIN verified. I found out that my company's EIN was not registered for some reason. Go figure. After waiting 2 and a half hours, once I did talk to someone we accidentally lost our connection so I had to call back a wait another hour plus. After all this I have to go through it again tomorrow. These are the things that can discourage a newbie, but it's part of the journey and I was told " enjoy the journey"

So tomorrow I will start by:

Remaining positive

Calling the irs

making some offers

Contacting a resource that maybe able to provide some leads

Team meeting

Follow up with rental insurance

Hopefully tomorrow will be a little more productive

Ill give you all an update tomorrow.

  1. Definitely have to remain positive in this game man. Good stuff so far

  2. Hey Marcus don't get down! It is tough to stay on top of everything and sometimes you have something stupid like that EIN thing just throw your entire plan off. I mean getting an EIN number once you fill out the SS4 should take like 5 minutes, it is hard to plan around a half a day hiccup like that!
