Is This a Sign? to get started ?
I just had to write about my day and the call I received on my way home from work. In my last blog I was in search of finding a local real estate network group. I posted a question on BP and I did receive a reply to check out COREE (central ohio real estate entrepreneurs) Someone earlier had told me about this but only gave me acronym and I didn't find enough information. Anyways, when I looked it up this time, I found out they have consistent frequent meetings every 1st Tuesday of the month. I really appreciate the consistency since I do work a 40 hr job.!! So watch for my commentary on my first meeting, I'm excited, FINALLY!
Now my goal was to start my LLC in January, here it is January 28th and I haven't done it. The reason was because I had some questions that I hoped to get answered in a meeting… I try not to be discouraged… Anywho, I get a call from Nevada Corporate Headquarters wanting to talk to me about my real estate business. They received my name through the Fortune Builders event I went to back in November. Unfortunately, the prices were too high for FB and I thought I could find out some things on my own that would cost me only time.
After talking with the representative, I had to smile because she was able to answer the simple questions I had and how to proceed. Of course, they have a price to do all the leg work for me ($1,200), not bad but I wanted to ask my new family BP their thoughts… I can't wait to see what responses I get.
I will of course talk to my hubby and get his thoughts, but I'm willing to eat cheese and crackers and then to upgrade to peanut butter and bread, once the ball starts rolling!! (No worries guys, I'm just being silly… I eat peanut butter all the time…LOL!!)
I know some of you are reading probably laughing or have similar feelings, I don't mind sharing. At times this is a lonely journey, but at least I can type what I feel and go with it!
Thanks for reading!

Yes, it is a sign to get started, but not with the Nevada Corporate Headquarters. I've read your other posts and it sounds like you are determined to start your business first. Register with the state of Ohio your self, take the savings you would have spent with the NCH, and start marketing for deals. Good luck.
