Slow processing and will not stay on top of a transaction. Fees and points higher than most lenders, and absolutely not worth the premium because it is not made up with better service.
Points 1-2 higher than similar lenders, appraisals 150-200 higher than most lenders. Appears to be brokering everything and taking a cut off the top, thus higher fees and more difficult processing that is put off onto the lendee. If you have a tight timeline as most investors do, I recommend looking elsewhere.
