Cannot recommend Kayla enough!!! She went above and beyond to help me & my husband find our home. We were looking for a particular house and Kayla was so considerate, patient, and helpful. This was our first home purchase and she walked us through every step of the process. She was always willing to look any house that caught our attention and provided valuable insight about the property/area. If you’re looking for a Denver realtor, stop searching and work with Kayla!

Kayla and her team are fantastic! She has top-tier customer service and is dedicated to ensuring her clients are informed throughout the entire process. She has great connections for inspectors/plumbers/electricians and is truly a one-stop shop. Kayla is amazing. She made everything easy. She was incredibly informative, quick to respond, and generally just a kind person. I felt the personal touch every step of the way. There were no dumb questions, and she made sure I fully understood a concept before moving forward. She's perfect for a new homebuyer or someone looking to house hack, but I'm sure she's more than capable of working with more advanced home buyers or investors. Kayla is the absolute best! She worked so hard for my fiance and I, handling things as they came up and advocating for us the whole way. We've bought 5 homes now and this was by far the best experience we've had. I wouldn't consider using a different agent!

I highly recommend working with Kayla, and here's why-- She's on your side and an extremely valuable asset to your home-buying team! I worked with her to find my first investment home (really, my first home period) She was patient, and she helped me define my criteria as we searched and saw more properties. She's also always 1-2 steps ahead of everything needed- she kept in touch my lender and the seller and helped get us all working together as a team.
Aside from these wonderful professional traits, she's also extremely easy to talk to and personable. I felt like she had my best interest at heart. I am looking forward to working with her when I'm ready to buy my second investment property!

Kayla was an amazing agent to work with. My wife and I were first time home buyers and Kayla made the process easy and enjoyable. She always made time for showings with our busy schedules and was knowledgeable about the properties. Our first deal fell through due to a pipe burst. Kayla was able to get all of our earnest money back and eventually helped us close on our current home. Literally the definition of a ROCKSTAR agent. Kayla is so incredibly knowledgeable, kind and creative.
