1031 CES Designation

I'm starting this off way in advance. Because I don't want to fail. I've been back in the 1031 industry full-time for two years this month, Wednesday the 24th of July. Which means in about a year, I'll have met the 3-year requirement to be able to sit for my CES designation exam.

I've perused the website and started building my own study-guide with their "Course Outline" as my guiding light. I want to cover EVERYTHING, though. I feel confident that I'll pass even if I were to take it now (I've worked in some capacity in 1031 Exchanges off and on for over 19 years), but I really do not want to have to take it more than once.

I currently have access to two fabulous, albeit dated (they're both updated to the 2009 editions), books -- "Tax-Free Exchanges Under §1031" by Mary B. Foster and Jeremiah M. Long, and "Real Property Exchanges" by Louis S. Weller and Cecily A. Drucker. But I'm trying to see if there is something directly suited for studying for this exam. Maybe I already have what I need and I'm being overly obsessed.
