Can anyone recommend a real estate CPA & attorney in Austin TX for the following? Looking for professional help to setup a Wyoming LLC (to remain anonymous) and a series LLC for rental properties in TX, IL and FL.

-Rental Property bookkeeping

-Tax planning

-Tax Return prep and filing

-LLC setup

Whoever you hire, be sure they understand the new 2022 changes to TX Series LLC, registered vs ordinary series. SOS hasn't produced forms yet, but its effective June 1.
