Trying to compile a list of A-class apartment complexes in IL

I have 3 years of REI experience and currently own a total of 10 units. All from direct to seller ad campaigns. I am looking into a new lucrative business that involves getting connected to property management companies and investment boards of these 10+ unit luxury apartment complexes. I can't seem to just pull a list of these companies from online. How do I get connected to them, any ideas? Any groups I can follow?
