How are you progressing on your goals?
We are nearing mid year, how happy are you with your progress towards your real estate goals?
It is my plan to put together two sound apartment deals this year. I'm on my way with one deal that is proving to be a sound investment with strong possibilities. I want to finalize this deal before, I put to much energy into finding another deal.
This year, one goal was to understand commercial financing options better so as to increase my purchasing options. I'm finding some good possibilities and networking to find more options.
For the most part I'm on track and it has been a good year.

That old adage about setting no goals, and you'll probably hit them. Well, financially, that is me this year. Travel wise, I'm doing well. I want to visit 100 different countries and I've picked up 8 so far this year with at least one more coming. Currently at 74, I think. Rich
