Long Island New Wannabe Rental Investor Looking for Guidance
Hi I’ve been reading and learning for 2 years now but getting ready to make a move. I have 115k Saved, make 50k a year and living rent free. Problem is I’m from Ny, my credit score is excellent with perfect previous paid off car history etc. I am 27 Years old and would love to meet a few people so I can learn and potentially find some deals, I am open to out of state and open to somewhere on Long Island
