Good morning,

I am looking to further educate myself as a Real Estate Investor by getting my real estate license. Which online course would you recommend and why?

Hey @April Mulroy , I have seen the most value recently from pace Morby. His subto group is epic and what he puts out on youtube for free rivals what some coaches charge 10k+ for. He does have a mastermind that costs about that, but you can go through free stuff for probably 6 months first. At that point though you may be sold! Deff check him out though!

If you go to the bookstore link above you can get  digital copy's of David Greene's  "Sold" and "Skill"

You may have already checked them out, but if not, that should be a good resource for you.

A real estate license shouldn't cost more than $2,000 including education, licensing, and first year of insurance.

Find a Broker you intend to work under and get recommendations from them. Online is a little cheaper, but I think in-person training is still the way to go. You'll learn more and you'll learn it in a shorter amount of time.

I did mine online and it was great. I was able to do it from the comfort of my home.

I don't think you need a broker's license to be a real estate investor. I also don't think one has to pay anyone... YouTube has thousands of hours of free content.

Check out "Meet Kevin" on YouTube. He's a great great resource.
