Future Real Estate Investor
Hey guys, I'm a young future real estate investor currently looking for my first deal. My current strategy is to househack a small multifamily to get my feet wet in the real estate game. I'm currently looking for property in Outagamie County Wisconsin. I'd like some help in determining if I'm running my anaylze of properties right as well as any wisdom seasoned investors have for me.
