Roebuck/Sburg Area General Contractor

We are getting ready to close on our first duplex and I’m trying to see if the seller will entertain a repair allowance/cover the cost of a flooring repair in one of the bathrooms. That said does anyone have a GC in the Roebuck/Spartanburg area that works with investors and you’d recommend?

Thanks!

Unless there are structural repairs, you don't need a GC.  Save some $ and find a skilled home repair guy.  A good one can handle joist repairs as well.  If you find a good one, pay them well and immediately.  It can save you significant time and money long term.

Awesome. Thx. Well in that case anyone have a handyman they recommend in that area too?  The duplex will eventually need a rehab once tenants leave, so I’ll need a GC eventually too.
