My name is Theo and I am a real estate rookie. I have been researching with my wife and we are ready to take the next step by networking and connecting with other investors in our area. We are interested in SFH as long term rentals with traditional financing. Long term we are interested in seller financing (like everyone else right now lol) but want to start off with something we are already familiar with to get the momentum started.
