New Investor looking for advice and connections

Jaron Edwards
Posted

Hey All,

I'm a newer investor in the Phoenix area and I recently passed 1 year since purchasing my first duplex and house hacking it. From owning this property, I have learned so much and overall it has been a great experience! I am hoping to purchase either a triplex or quadplex for my next property and was hoping to connect with anyone who may have experience with investing in small multi-family properties in or around phoenix. I would also appreciate any tips/must-knows when looking to purchase triplex/quadplex properties in the phoenix area.

Thanks!

Hey Jaron, congrats on the success thus far. I am showing 2-4 unit properties all the time here in Phoenix and I can send you the recent closings and listings I have been working on. Shoot me a message if you want to talk further. I am also a mortgage broker so we can hook you up on the lending piece.

Heu Jaron, congrats on killing your first house hack! Most of my clients in the small-multifamily space invest in the Phoenix (Mid-town to Arcadia lite) areas. There are also some hidden gems in Downtown Chandler, Mesa, and Tempe/ASU area where you can find a great deal. I'd love to connect and learn about what you're looking for in this next deal!

Hi Jaron,

Congrats on the 1-year mark. I'm looking to do what you have accomplished - get my first duplex and house hack it. If you ever have the time and feel comfortable sharing your experiences and tips, I'd be happy to buy you a coffee.
