New Investor from Kansas – Starting Fresh & Looking to Connect

Hey everyone,

I’m based in Kansas and getting serious about real estate investing. I’ve owned a rental property in the past, but life threw a few curveballs, and I’m now working on rebuilding the right way — smarter, more intentional, and long-term.

Right now, I’m focused on learning everything I can about:

  • Wholesaling as a low-cost entry point
  • Rental property strategy (especially small multis or land bank opportunities)
  • Creative ways to get in the game without much capital or credit

I know this isn’t a fast lane, but I’m committed to the process and here to build something real over time.

If you’ve walked this path — especially starting from scratch — I’d love to hear your story, any advice you’d give someone in the early stages, or even just say hey.

Thanks for having me, and I’m looking forward to learning and contributing where I can.
