17-Year-Old New to Real Estate Investing — Looking for Advice and Guidance

Ariana Manigo
Posted

Hi everyone. I’m really interested in commercial real estate, rental properties, and vacation rentals. I want to build my knowledge and eventually start investing, but I’m not sure where to begin or what steps to take at my age.

I’d love to hear from experienced investors about:

  • How to start learning effectively
  • Any recommended books, podcasts, or resources
  • Tips for young investors who aren’t yet 18
  • How to prepare myself now for investing in the future

Thanks in advance for any advice or encouragement.
