I and my business partner are looking to connect with others in the Kansas City, MO area. We would like to start investing in real estate, and have looked at different strategies. Just looking to make some connections and get information at this time as we are just starting out. Thank you all for any and all information you can provide.

Blue Springs is not cheap. Duplexes go for 300K+. If you are trying to do 20K down I would save more, that's not going to go far or leave you with enough reserves.
