Looking to connect with investors and wholesalers in KCMO area.
I and my business partner are looking to connect with others in the Kansas City, MO area. We would like to start investing in real estate, and have looked at different strategies. Blue Springs is not cheap. Duplexes go for 300K+. If you are trying to do 20K down I would save more, that's not going to go far or leave you with enough reserves.
