How to find vetted JV partners

Hi everyone,

Very new to this and I am trying to understand what I should look for, and what red flags I should look for in a JV partner? I'd love some advice or recommendations. I'm looking for homes to invest in/wholesale (I'm open to any exit strategy really) and I would love to find reputable partners.

Nothing under contract at the moment, just looking to network and meet other people.
