Tenant onboarding help
So, I have just aquired my first 4-plex and have 3/4 of the tenants moved in long term. They currently put personal check under the doormat and the prior landlord would come and pick them up monthly. I however would like to swtich to an app or website that allows the tenants to pay online, sign and view documents online, and submit maintenece request.
Does anyone have any reccomendations of something that does all this in one place?
