I've been on here a few yrs here and there. Followed a lot of the advice given and achieved 3 properties doing so. Turns out I don't want to run rentals - just not my thing. Butttt, I've always had a desire for commercial properties (as an owner). I'm new to San Antonio coming from VA and have some major plans to build- but being new I have nowhere to start or at least network. Anyone in San Antonio still do network meetups?
