New and hungry for knowledge

First time post,not sure whats the norm here but ill just wing and hope for the best,ive been for years interested in real estate but never really took act on it,been trying to learn and acquire skills to get closer to my goals but have still alot of unanswered questions.

I am currently a blue collar,i know about everything there is to know on how to fix houses,but nothing about how to get started on aquiring my own properties!

I am eager to learn,and my first question goes,whats the difference between canadian estate and us estate? Ive been realising that most podcasts/books… have been only speaking about laws from US and its hard to know what is different!

Please help out a newbie! And if u have any questions in terms of handy man stuff ill be glad to help!
