any Realtyshares reviews (for investors)? Worth trying ?
Hi All
Has anyone tried Realtyshares (as an investor)?
What does one do if the loan defaults? Will Realtyshares handle the foreclosure proceedings on behalf of the investors or do I have to actually go through the nightmare of foreclosing on the property myself?
Would appreciate any feedback.

@Mary Joe Realty shares and many of the platforms are really concentrating on debt offerings IE Hardmoney lending.. so just check it out like you would any loan.
No lender no Platform etc. can be perfect.. they will have losses and work arounds.. but in general they should do a good job.. I know those folks well and they are diligent so is Realty Mogul
