I am looking for a rental property to invest in and i did my research and found a foreclosure. Well after looking at all the numbers it seem like a good deal for a beginner. However i needed to get approved for a loan which my was too low at 580 only because i have 9 hard inquires by car dealership in 1 month. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

@Steve Vaughan

 I literally JUST made that choice. For a year I've been saving cash (after graduating college and getting my first adult job) to buy a new car.

Last week I was sitting in a brand new Honda civic....and I couldn't pull the trigger. All I kept thinking was "I could buy 5 trailers for the price of this car".

I got back in my 1998 honda civic- reminding myself that I could literally fix any thing on this car for $500.

Credit Karma- It details out the areas of your score that need improving and why.

Also, find a local credit counselor. and/or ...unconventional financing
