hey bper's im moses im just starting out,started marketing with bandit signs and about to start a mail campaign.  But i still need my contracts (purchase and sale agreement and assignment of contract). Any help on this would be appreciated.

Also the name of a good real estate attorney from NYC this is also really important to me do not want to do anything that might be considered "illegal" please help thank you
