Hi everyone. My name is Daniel Geb. I am a new Real Estate Investor who is also new to BP. My initial focus is on Residential Investment opportunities including Wholesales, Rehabs, Lease Options, Foreclosures and other creative investing techniques. As I get things up and running, I'm looking for referrals and/or direction on finding investor friendly Closing Agents that handle Wholesaling in Northern VA, Washington DC and Maryland.
