Hi I have 400 k to invest. I'm thinking of a single family home that I can eventually make into a vacation rental. Would like to know the BP community's thoughts on this idea. I reside in Los Angeles and willing to travel up to 100 miles. Also if you know of any resources that will help me understand the vacation rental concept in more detail , please let me know.
