Can i send an offer to a wholesaler myself?

Hello I saw a property that I like that is for sale by a wholesaler, he told me hiwuch was emd, one day due diligence, and to send the offer by email, now, how do I send the offer which form should I use? Is it recommended to fill that myself? He told me which lawyer is holding the closing so I assume the title is good but should I hire a lawyer or a real estate agent to help me with it? I think sending offers should be something that investors do all the time do you guys do it on your own?

Thanks

It's possible that he wants you to email him a price and he will fill out the contract and email it back to you? If this wholesaler can't write up a contract to give to you it's likely they are new and don't know what they're doing.

Don't assume the title is good just because a lawyer is closing the property. There's just as many bad lawyers out there as there are bad wholesalers and bad agents...
