19 Years Old Starting out in Boulder / Longmont, CO
Hello everyone!
I am 19 (on the younger side, I know) and will be going to school in Boulder in the fall. I am looking at real estate (duplexes) around the area, and was just curious if anyone here did the same, and could maybe inform me about the market / give me some inside information that I cannot easily find out without asking someone.
Just for some clarification, I do not intend on buying anything in the near future, but I would like to be able to analyze the market and know what the properties near me should be listed as so that in the future I can jump on something if the opportunity arises. Just want to get some feedback from people in the same area and see what you guys think.
