I just stumbled across this new trust investing company called DiversyFund. They focus on investing in large, multi family properties. Has anyone heard of it? Are opportunities like this a good idea or bad idea? Thoughts?

I also heard of DiversyFund from a friend who was considering investing but had some reservations about a prior holding company. After speaking with one of their customer service individuals I invested $500 as did my friend and have have gone through 2 dividend cycles thus far. Their strategy seems solid and I have no complaints thus far.
