Managing Repairs Out of State
Does anyone have any recommendations on how to manage a repair or replacement of a roof in the Memphis, TN area? I recently purchased a single family house and the insurance company is recommending I replace the roof. I would like to have a second opinion on the roof by a licensed roofer, but don't really know where to start. I live in NY so I will not be there if work needs to be done. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to go about this? This is my first rental unit.
