Organizing investor database
What programs/software do you guys use to organize your network of investors/cash buyers? Also is there any way to organize it by the zip code they like to invest in so you can reach out to them by a specific niche or zip code that they like? Apologies if I posted in the wrong area. This is my first post. Thanks!
