Part time house flipping
Hi everyone
I am currently active duty in the army and it is a life long goal of mine to start my real estate investing business. For those that know how military lifestyle is we move around 2-3 years, constant field trainings, etc. can I start this business part time while still in active duty ?

@Devan Chodkowski why not "live-in" flips? If you use the property as your primary residence for two years then all the profit is tax free. There are loans that allow very low down payments and the funds for fixup. Buy it, rehab it quickly, live there comfortably for a few years. You gotta live somewhere right?
