VA Real Estate Owned properties.

Does anyone have any experience buying through vendee financing? I see the terms show up occasionally and it looks like it could be a good opportunity but it's difficult to find information on how to proceed. I've even requested info on several listings and havent been contacted back. Any information or experiences to share are greatly appreciated.
