Looking for a broker willing back a property management company
My wife, a licensed Texas realtor, is looking to start a property management company in DFW. She is going to partner with a very experienced mentor that manages over $100MM in real estate in a different state. Any recommendations on a local broker willing to partner with her? Thanks!

Real estate sales market slowing down, the management industry is expecting a lot of hungry agents to jump in the PMC side of the market.
