Investor and Agent Loyalty

Trust is a must.

As an agent focused on investors, I appreciate loyalty so that I can go above and beyond for an investor's business needs. This includes being boots-on-ground, running comps, ARVs, taking videos and photos. Then, writing contracts and negotiating and handling everything to close smoothly.

Do you find that there are investors willing to sign on exclusively with you as their primary agent? What are some things that investors are looking for in order to sign on exclusively? Along with this, do you as an agent, charge a premium aside from commission for additional investment analysis and work?

In my market, a lot of investors want several agents, which I understand for deal flow, especially for a fix and flip investor. Though it's tougher to find solid buy and hold and BRRRR deals, I appreciate working for an investor as an extension of their business.

How are you signing on clients who are loyal to your services?
