Looking for Investor-Friendly Sponsoring Broker in Nevada (Reno/Las Vegas)

Hi all,
I'm preparing for Nevada pre-licensing exam, but I don’t plan to work as a traditional agent. I intend to stay solely an investor and am looking for a sponsoring broker who can support the following:

• Let me hang my license without having to sell or take on clients

• Provide MLS access in Reno or Las Vegas area

• Allow me to use my license strictly for personal investment purposes

• Offer a flat fee or low-cost monthly option (no commission split required)

I mainly want access to MLS for market research, deal sourcing, and occasionally representing myself when purchasing properties. If you know any investor-friendly brokers in Nevada who offer this type of arrangement, I'd love to hear your recommendations.
