Anyone Else Losing Deals to Voicemail?
I build voice AI for healthcare, but a broker friend convinced me her missed-calls problem was identical to what medical practices face.
So my company built a voice AI agent that handles after-hours property inquiries, books showings, and only texts her the serious buyers. She's seen an uptick in closed deals since.
Curious:
1.) How many potential deals do you miss weekly?
2.) What % actually leave voicemails?
3.) Is this even a real problem worth solving at scale?
I figure just one captured lead that closes pays for itself.
I'm new to RE(usually in healthcare tech), so genuinely asking; are missed calls actually costing you enough deals to do something about it?

For real estate agents this is a HUGE mistake not to answer your phone at least from about 8M to 8pm.. HUGE ..... gurantee they miss deals and wont really understand what they missed as buyers or folks that want to list just call the next one.. I hate it when they say for faster response please text..
