I'm a former Realtor that is getting back in the game.  It's been 10 years and I'm sure a lot has changed with online lead sources.  Any agents out there with suggestions for the best place to invest your time and marketing dollars?  Appreciate any input.

Open Houses, diff house every Sat and Sun. Do them for the top producers in your office. Free leads other than your time and some gas.
