Thanks Steve, Preferably a bank with checking, that will finance multifamily for my LLC, based on the asset and its existing and potential returns not necessarily my credit or income.

Hey Al if you really want it to be local bank, got a guy named Jeff Goldstein of City National bank who can help you out with this. Other then that I would say we can do it but we aren't a bank but we do have an office in Miami

@Al Banfe, did you find anything?  A friend of mine is using Community Bank of the South, which has 3 branches in Central Florida.  Portfolio loans are available there.  My friend got a line of credit on on a couple of his properties.
