Seeking guidance on starting a career as a commercial real estate loan officer.

Hello! 

I'm reaching out to connect with anyone currently working as a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loan officer in the Phoenix area.

I’ll be relocating to Phoenix in the coming months, and once I’m settled, I plan to start working in the commercial real estate space here in Arizona. I’m especially interested in the lending and financing side of the business and would greatly appreciate the chance to learn from those already working in the field.

In the meantime, I'm actively taking CRE courses to build a solid foundation in terminology, financial concepts, and deal structures. I will also start the process of obtaining my licenses and plan to work alongside a broker to gain more hands-on experience.

If you’re open to a quick chat or could share any insights on entering the industry, especially from the lending perspective, I’d great appreciate it. Any advice on building a network, finding mentorship, or starting out in the Phoenix market would be invaluable.
