Looking to Refi a Mortgage on Non-Warrantable Condo in North Conway, NH

Michael Ruvido
Posted

Hello -

I'm helping my mother with a potential refi of her current mortgage on a non-warrantable condo in North Conway, NH.  Below are the details, but let me know if you need more info in order to decide if it's worth refinancing with current rates or not.  On top of being non-warrantable, one other wrinkle is she qualified for the mortgage based on assets (asset dissipation/depletion loans) instead of income.  Happy to chat privately if you need details on that.

MV - $500kish

Current Loan Amt. - $378,750.00

Refi Amt. - $378,750.00 (not looking to take money out)

Rate - 8.125% on a 7/1 ARM

Thanks,

Mike
