Latest Turn-over with upgraded basement to add value with our unique approach to optimizing residential Income! The Basement cost roughly $16.5k to be waterproofed and finished as a separate unit to itself and will bring in an additional $750 a month $9k a year. In addition to the $1800per month $21.6k yearly the unit is already making! Our investor is scheduled to amass 30k in gross income for a residential property with our strategy in place.
