Hi, hope you're well. 

 I live in Palm Beach County and I am looking to gain experience in rehabbing properties. I plan on watching youtube videos to learn but, Does anyone know any other ways I could get a hands on experience or Do anyone have volunteer opportunities in the area? I work full time during the week but I am willing to work for free during the weekends.
