I am a new real estate investor and I am looking to fix and flip properties in Michigan. I am looking to hire a contractor to walk through a property with me and give me a estimate on a rehab. Any recommendations?

Hi my name is chad Roberts. I own a home remodeling company called Incredible Floors and More LLC. I remodel homes for a few house flippers and am always looking to take on more projects to keep me and my team working steadily throughout the entire year.
