Selling end of subject to?

I see lots of advice on here from the buyer's perspective. Has anybody been on the selling end? How did it work out in the end?

The person that’s desperate enough to take the selling end of that kind of deal isn’t going to be on a real estate investing site. The seller ends up with their credit tied up for a property they don’t own any more praying the buyer doesn’t screw em. Or more likely their “buyer’s” buyer.
