**Best Use Case For a 3500+ square foot, 5 bedroom SFR in South Charlotte

Good Morning!

I have a 5 bedroom 3500 square foot home in South Charlotte. It is 2 floors, with a basement as well. Most of the bedrooms are upstairs. It is currently for sale, and I am also looking at other options as well.

I used to rent it out by the room, and had a horrible time with evictions and non paying renters. I don't really want to go the short term rental route either.

If anyone has any creative suggestions on how to maximize the home's revenue performance, please share.

7016 Wannamaker Lane, Charlotte, NC 28226

Best,

Andy
