Buying a Campground/Financiancing and updates.

I'm looking at purchasing a campground.

I like the current operations and would like to add a personal resdience , for my family to live on property and 3 glamping cabins. Can someone offer any guidance on if this possible when financing would be required?

I'm open to all comments or things to related to purchasing a campground. Any helpful tips, questions I should ask, or experienced guidance would be greatly apprieciated. This would be my first leap into real estate investing besides my personal residence.
